COMMISSION SCOPEI will create custom Gacha PSDs, GVTuber PSDs (Live2D models), and Emotes
------------------------------PAYMENTS TERMSFor GVTuber commission/s, the client can pay the whole balance upfront, if they can. Otherwise, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
The rest of the other services require the full payment upfront.
------------------------------INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe commissioned services, whether a Gacha PSD, GVTuber Art, or Emotes, will be the property of the client upon full payment, granting them exclusive usage rights.
I, as the artist, retain the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio and use it for self-promotion purposes.
------------------------------DEADLINES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULEThere will be no shipping of physical goods, as all works and services I'm providing are digital.
A timeline for completion will be provided upon agreement, taking into consideration the complexity of the project (2 weeks to 2 months for GVtubers, less than 2 weeks for Gacha PSDs and Emotes).
I, the artist, will send updates and works-in-progress from time to time and will inform the client if there are/will be any delays in the delivery of the commission if there are any urgencies in life.
You, the client, should be able to understand the possible circumstances and reasons for delays and must be patient in awaiting the commission.
REVISIONS AND ALTERATIONS (GVTubers)3 rounds of revisions are included in the commission. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
Major changes requested after the completion of the project may require an additional fee.
------------------------------CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSFor Gacha PSDs and Emotes, there will be no refunds.
For GVTubers, either party, whether it's the client or the artist, has the right to cancel the commission at any time. However, the client forfeits the non-refundable deposit upon cancellation.
If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Refunds will not be allowed once the commission is completed/done.
------------------------------CONFIDENTIALITYBoth parties should be strict to keep any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the commission process confidential.
------------------------------CREDIT AND PROMOTIONYou, the client, must provide proper credit to the artist, including one of their social media links, when displaying or using the commissioned work publicly.
I, the artist, have the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio and use it for self-promotion purposes.
By proceeding with the commission, both the client and the artist agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
